Toyoko Inn Hiroshima-eki Minamiguchi-migi

They charged for towel for my son even though it was mentioned my son is with me.. no pillow for my son. It was mentioned as single twin while booking but I got double bed.

Location was great, just in the middle between Hiroshima Station and Hiroshima castle, 10 minutes walking to each.

None, it was a very good price-value relation.

The room is smaller than other branches I've been to. Even if they say they're the same size.

Price was really good, room was clean and big enough for Japan and it also provided a free breakfast, although I didn't take part. I had a nice view from the corner room, 8th floor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste plus water.

Bed was rock hard and only one pillow. The room felt slightly dated. Difficult to find on Google maps, it doesn't recognize the name or address but we found it eventually under a slightly different name. If you're staying more than one night and expecting a sleep in, you will likely be woken up by the cleaning staff and intercom. A lot of light pollution in the room at night. I would pay a little extra for somewhere nicer and better equipped next time.

Polite, attentive and friendly staff. Tried their best to accommodate me (I have very little knowledge of the japanese language). I got free breakfast which made the start of the day much easier.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking but this is solely personal preference

The location is good, however there are different toyoko’s in the area so be aware when putting the location in your Maps app. Is about 10-15 mins to Hiroshima station exiting south.

A short walk from the train station. A decent free breakfast included. Happily stored my bags until check in time.

Location is great, between the train station and the downtown. Professional staff. The room is very functional.

Staff was great. Breakfast really good. What I wanted to see was within walking distance (20 minutes).

Only problem was the bathroom lights did not work.

Breakfast was included, nice and convenient location.

The room smelled of smoke presumably coming from cigarettes. The room was quite noisy especially regarding noises coming from the floor and other rooms.

Quite a good spread of breakfast buffet.

I arrived in the hotel at 1:30am. But the Front Desk insisted that I can only check in as per rule, ie at 4pm.

Good location,reasonable price and buff breakfast with varieties.

May be its their rush time i find the staff little rude.

Breakfast was excellent. Very helpful and efficient staff. Such good value for the money.
